2. Cook the marinade. Mix minced garlic cloves, oyster dressing, minced shallot cloves, ginger juice, soya and fish dressing, honey, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl, add chicken wings and put the dish in the fridge for a night.
3. Take the frozen chicken wings out of the fridge and leave them to warm up at the room temperature for at least one hour before cooking.
4. Preheat the fryer to 180 ˚C for about 10 minutes.
5. Divide the procedure of cooking frozen chicken wings in two stages. At the first stage, grill the drummettes at 180˚C for about 12 minutes, proceed with cooking tips and the wingettes at 180˚C for 10 more minutes.
6. Serve the dish with rice.
